Radcliffe Housing Society
Radcliffe’s main purpose is to provide good quality affordable housing for people who are unable to secure accommodation from other sources.
Radcliffe has over 300 rented homes in management. There were no sales or additions to the stock during the year.
Most of Radcliffe’s housing stock is in the London boroughs of Bromley and Croydon with a small scheme in Lingfield, Surrey. There are 22 properties in Tunbridge Wells of which eight are available for market rent with priority being given to key workers.
