Board Management

Board members have a wide range of skills and experience which are reviewed periodically as are current and future development needs.

The main Board activities are supported by three sub committees:

  • The Finance sub-committee considers the Society’s accounts, audit reports and approves the annual Budget
  • The Asset Management sub-committee considers all Radcliffe’s property based assets which includes assessing potential schemes, work to the stock and acquisitions and disposals
  • The Standards sub-committee reviews tenant services, complaints, policies and service provision with tenant representation on the committee

All Board members provide their services on a voluntary basis and are unpaid.
