Our Values and Goals
As a registered charitable housing association Radcliffe’s main purpose is to provide good quality affordable rented housing.
OUR SECONDARY OBJECTIVES ARE:
- To develop and maintain high standard affordable homes
- To provide a high standard of tenancy management services
- To ensure that our housing stock is properly maintained through long term planning and reducing long term repair and running costs
- Through the lettings policy, to ensure fairness in the allocation of properties
- To manage our finances prudently to ensure that we continue to maintain our financial strength whilst adhering to our policy of charging affordable rents
- To maintain good working relationships with other housing associations that share similar objectives
