Radcliffe has over 300 rented homes in management.

Most of Radcliffe’s housing stock is in the London boroughs of Bromley and Croydon with a small scheme in Lingfield, Surrey.

There are also 22 properties in Tunbridge Wells of which eight are available for market rent with priority being given to key workers.

Opened by the Mayor of Bromley in June 2004 this scheme consists of sixteen houses designed in a Georgian style. Named after Mr and Mrs Miller who were founding members of Radcliffe, the scheme includes two fully wheelchair accessible homes with internal lifts. It was recognised as the Development of the Week in the national journal ‘Inside Housing’.

Lloyd House is a sheltered housing scheme for elderly people. Built in 1987 it provides 34 bedsit and one bedroom flats in this popular area of Bromley. The scheme has a resident manager and is close to local shops, transport and amenities.
