At 31st March 2008 Radcliffe had 287 rented homes in management. There were no sales or additions to the stock during the year.
Most of Radcliffe’s housing stock is in the London boroughs of Bromley (186 units) and Croydon (68 units) with 11 units in Lingfield, Surrey.
There are 22 properties in Tunbridge Wells of which 8 are available for market rent with priority being given to key workers.
