Transfer from another association

A transfer is a move from one housing association property to another.

WHO CAN APPLY?

In order to apply for a transfer, applicants MUST:

  • Keep a clear rent account
  • Have occupied their property for a minimum period of twelve months.
  • Have abided by their conditions of tenancy.

ASSESSING PRIORITY

Transfer applications are assessed by the Housing Manager. Their role is to ensure the Society’s policies are followed and accommodation is offered to those in the most urgent housing need.
