Sheltered Housing – Independent Living

Sheltered housing provides independent living in a secure environment for older people.

What Is Sheltered Housing?

Sheltered housing provides independent living in a secure environment for older people. Each resident has their own front door with their own kitchen area and bathroom. Advice and support are provided by a scheme manager with back up through an alarm system connected to a 24-hour call centre.

All flats are available for monthly rent and are not for sale. Rents are affordable and with the service charges are inclusive of most running costs.
