Radcliffe’s Board is responsible for agreeing the policies and procedures that the staff employed by the association have to follow.
The policies are considered by the Standards Sub Committee which reports to the Board. ENDING YOUR
TENANCY
This section sets out the procedure you should follow when you are giving up a tenancy with Radcliffe Housing Society and moving elsewhere.

Radcliffe employs contractors to carry out repairs to its properties. This section sets out the procedure to follow when you need to report a repair to us. It includes how to deal with emergency situations and also those items where you as a resident have the responsibility to carry out the repair yourself.

This section provides helpful information on who to notify when you are moving into a tenancy and the actions you need to take to establish your tenancy.
RENT ARREARS /
RENT SETTING
Radcliffe collects rents on a monthly basis and the rent is due in advance. This section describes the action you should take if your account is in arrears and the procedure that Radcliffe will follow if you are in debt.

TRANSFER
This section tells you how to go about applying for a move from your current property to another home.
As Radcliffe is a landlord member of this service, all Radcliffe tenants are entitled to apply to exchange with other applicants through this national mobility scheme. The same conditions regarding rent and tenancy references apply as for a transfer.
