Involving Tenants

We believe that involving residents in the way the Society is run helps us to provide you with the best possible service.

RESIDENTS ASSOCIATIONS

We encourage and support the setting up of Residents Associations. These enable you to discuss issues you are concerned about, such as improvements to your home and neighbourhood and crime prevention. To support the Associations we will:

• Attend any meetings we are invited to and feedback your views to the Board.
• Provide general support like printing & copying newsletters.
• Contribute to the cost of hall hire and other expenses.

RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD

Resident Board members are in an ideal position to help us make the right decisions about the direction of the Society. We have had resident representation on the Board since 1992 and we strongly encourage residents to apply for membership when vacancies arise.
