How to pay your rent

Radcliffe’s main purpose is to provide good quality affordable housing for people who are unable to secure accommodation from other sources.

Rents are due monthly in advance and are reviewed annually. We will write giving at least one month’s notice of any changes in the amount due.

Our preferred method of payment is by bank standing order as we regret that we do not currently accept payment by direct debit. Other methods include payment by debit or credit card over the phone, at the post office or by cheque.
