What Is Independent Living?

Independent Living is a secure environment for those aged 60+. Each tenant has their own front door, kitchen and bathroom.  There is a communal laundry area and a communal lounge, which is used for coffee mornings and social activities. A member of staff is available on site Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:30am –  13:30pm . All flats have an alarm system that is connected to a 24-hour call centre.

All flats are available for monthly rent and are not for sale.

Where Are The Properties?

Radcliffe has three Independent Living schemes. Two on Burnt Ash Lane near Sundridge Park in Bromley and one in Hastings. The flats in Bromley are close to local facilities with good bus links. St Andrews House has 26 flats and Lloyd House offers 35. The scheme in Hastings has 12 flats and is next to the local church hall which offers a range of social activities.

Once completed , we will contact you to discuss your application further. We will make sure that the housing that we provide is suitable for your housing needs and to answer any questions you may have. Visits to the schemes can be arranged by appointment and without obligation. Friends or relatives are welcome to visit with you.

Our Properties

Radcliffe has 361 rented homes in management, and most of its housing stock is in the London boroughs of Bromley and Croydon with a small scheme in Lingfield, Surrey.
