Radcliffe is a registered provider offering a range of rented housing in the areas of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark in London, and Hastings, Tandridge and Tunbridge Wells outside London.  We house people in housing need. If you want to know if we can help please contact us directly.

Home Visits and Face to Face meetings

We operate a full-service delivery. There is no longer a legal requirement to wear face masks but to help to protect our tenants, our contractors and staff may continue to wear masks or face coverings in indoor or crowded spaces.

We continue to carry out a full repairs service and to improve efficiencies, you could be asked to send us pictures or videos of the issue, so we can support you to diagnose or resolve.

Independent Living Accommodation:

We continue to carry out wellbeing checks to ensure you are receiving the appropriate support and are directed to the relevant agencies where appropriate.

Our communal lounges are open and accessible. We will continue to encourage social distancing throughout our schemes and in our communal areas. Our Guest Room at Lloyd House is also available to be booked for guests; a fee is payable for this service.
