Welcome to Radcliffe
Radcliffe is a registered provider offering a range of rented housing in the areas of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark in London, and Hastings, Tandridge and Tunbridge Wells outside London. We house people in housing need. If you want to know if we can help please contact us directly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL OUR RESIDENTS
We continue to encourage all our residents, staff, contractors and stakeholders to remain cautious, whilst managing the risks of COVID-19
Home Visits and Face to Face meetings
With the Government announcing that the remaining restrictions have been removed, we will operate a full-service delivery. There is no longer a legal requirement to wear face masks but to help to protect our tenants, our contractors and staff will continue to wear masks or face coverings in indoor or crowded spaces.
We will carry out a full repairs service but to improve efficiencies, you could be asked to send us pictures or videos of the issue, so we can support you to diagnose or resolve.
For further queries please contact us at repairs@radcliffehs.org
We would kindly ask, if we are to attend your home for any reason, please let us know if you are self-isolating and we will rearrange any appointments, unless there is an immediate health and safety risk posed to you , or others.
If you require any support, please contact us on 01732 459144 or email housing@radcliffehs.org. You can visit our contact us page to see other ways to get in touch.
Independent Living Accommodation:
We will continue to carry out wellbeing checks to ensure you are receiving the appropriate support and are directed to the relevant agencies where appropriate.
Guests and residents will still be encouraged to wear face coverings in crowded or indoor spaces. We will also continue to encourage social distancing throughout our schemes and in our communal lounges and areas.
Our Guest Room at Lloyd House is now available to be booked for guests; a fee is payable for this service.
We will continue to do what we can to support you. Please continue to follow the latest Government guidance around COVID-19 with some useful links below:
