Changes to our services due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

The Prime Minister has announced that England will move to Step 4 of the ‘Roadmap out of restrictions’ will take place on 19 July 2021.

We would encourage all our residents, contractors and stakeholders to remain cautious, whilst managing the risks as cases of COVID-19 remain high.

Home Visits and Face to Face meetings

We will start to carry out home visits in addition to, carrying out our repairs services, planned works, welfare checks and to facilitate moving home. Whilst it not a legal requirement and to help protect our tenants, our contractors and staff will still be encouraged to wear masks or face coverings, in indoor spaces.

We will now be carrying out a full repairs service. If we are to attend your home for any reason, please let us know if you are self-isolating for any reason.

Independent Living Accommodation:

For those who require a welfare check, we will carry out this service to ensure that you are receiving the appropriate support and are directed to the relevant agencies where appropriate. We will continue to encourage social distancing within our internal communal lounges.
